One thing that I have noticed change in as of late that I can't quite figure out why it is happening, Ship disable has been going away in less than a turn, many times going away right after it is applied leaving the enemy ship still going before the ship that disabled them. I've tried this on a number of different types of ships with no real difference, and I've searched around the net for this, but thus far have only seen topics about this being an old bug. any Ideas? If this is an intended feature, ship disable isn't a viable ability imo, Can't see the use of disabling a ship for such a small amount of time.

I think there is something wrong with the latest update. I am getting that issue as well, plus the "floating head" issue is back, and the play balance is all out of whack. The enemies are dodging like crazy in ground combat, and portals are opening up like mad. It seems like they accidentally included a bunch of old code in the release along with the recent fixes, rather than things that had already been addressed. I hope they catch this in the next patch.
I've got an email discussion going with the devs about the latest patch. I'll let you know if anything useful emerges from it.
Sounds great! hope this get's taken care of, I'm quite attached to this game but it's rather unplayable at the moment with Debuffs not sticking
Had a couple rounds of emails from them, but nothing further yet. They seem to be looking into it though.
Cool, with any luck they will have this fixed soon...
Haven't heard any more on this, but hopefully they are busy on a new patch addressing these issues!

Just got this email from them:

We have a significant update (v1.1.0.0) in BETA now, that should be release as a full update on GoG very soon. We've made some sweeping changes to animations, graphics, UI, combat (timing, powers, and enemy AI) ...AND it allows for significant customization of your ships.

We're confident that you'll see your concerns addressed with this update. So if you can just hang on a couple days more, you should see this hit GoG shortly!

Thanks,
- MDI Support Team

So here's hoping we see a massive improvement!

I noticed the update earlier today, played from start to a full fleet of T2 ships, can confidently say that the bugs ive seen in the past are gone. that being said, noticed that you can get random events to stem from buildings you have destroyed, and in some instances if you build in a place that used to hold a different building, you can execute assignments from either of those buildings as if they both exist in the same room. but hey, the game is playable now. glad to see the devs are ontop of things like this.

Ah, coding! Fix three problems and add two new ones. :)
Glad to hear the patch does address a lot of the problems though. I'm going to install it and start a new campaign soon myself once I get time.

Oooooo that sounds good. Might have to try another play through when that lands... should probably finish Divinity: OS first though so I don't get side tracked and never finish it XD
