well,i researched adv proton tech, but nothing.
i researched adv planetary tech aswell, i got only the multiphase shield.

i need to advance more in campain ?


... later edit, after some tryes, i find out that in need :
adv in weapon system, and advance blaster for it.

in my case, adv proton + proton accelerator blaster.

I'd recommend waiting until your spies can steal the prototype, then researching it. You can get a lot of free planetary gun prototypes, including Proton, Ion and even Quantum.
