I see the version on Steam got pached, but here it seems it's still buged. Is there an ETA till this problem will be solved?

This installing twice deinstalling once dosn't solve the problem and with the D3DWindower the menues are broken and half off screen

I Got it to work on windows 10 1607 windows version of 10 version works no problem tried on 2 lap tops both work
no problem or patches
was downloaded years ago played on windows 7
did not work on my tablets windows 8 or 8.1 or 10
on tablet might have been a 32 bit version vers the 64 bit version of the laptops
But the game WORKS !!!!!!!!!! on windows 10 now

Yeah, it's working on Win 10 but with issues:
1. Crashes that get more frequent on higher levels (something to do with sound)
2. You must play on 800x600 resolution because some menus are cut off. For example you can't research cruisers or spy ships if you play on max resolution.
Annoying.

I noticed people mentioning version 1.10, however the one from GOG is 1.09. If there is a new version I would really like GOG to try to get the publisher to publish it here.
