Game works fine when using windowed mode but when I change to fullscreen the mouse pointer is off and misaligned from where it should be

I'm using an M2 air so wondering if it's due to the screen resolution but have tried editing the setting files to amend this but didn't fix the issue

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Has anyone found a cure for this? I'm running an M1 MacBook. Mouse is badly misaligned in full screen, in Windows mode I can't access anything near the top of the screen either.

@RayvenUK @CosBoy
I found a solution, which probably does not apply to @CosBoy's problem, as it's related to the Macbook Pro 2021's embedded camera, which interferes (that's my hypothesis, anyway) with the screen height calculation.

You have to tweak the application before launching it (only once). In Finder, go to Applications, open Hacknet folder, right-click on Hacknet, choose "Read information" (or whatever it's called in English), and the small window that opens click on the third checkbox under "Copyright", I think it's called "Scale to fit below built-in camera" in English. This works perfectly, thanks !
TLDR: CMD + I on Hacknet.app, check "Scale to fit below built-in camera"
