The card's ability was fixed in standard Gwent, but not in Rogue Mage. The specific problem is that if the value displayed on the card is greater than the number of cards remaining in the deck, more cards will have to be shuffled back than were drawn.

In my case there were 3 cards remaining in the deck and Istredd's adrenaline value was 6. After drawing the 3 cards I had to shuffle back 6 cards (leaving me with only 1 card), which turned imminent victory into crushing defeat.

Agreed this should be fixed, almost screwed a great run by leaving myself accidentally short-handed.
Yeah lost a game to that also. Really is stupid that it's that way. This should be part of many updates they do for it.
