Gunship will work flawlessly in Windows 10 64.

How to do it:

* Download dgVooDoo 2.64+
* Copy the MS/DirectX part in the main game directory (MS/x86)
** D3D*.dll
** dgVoodooCPL.exe
* Run the game
* Go on the Configuration -> Game section
* Set the parameters:
** dgVooDoo TnL HW
** Resolution I recommend not higher than 1920x1080 as Direct X has some limits
* Fly and blast everything that moves (yeah, even friendlies ;) )

GOG version works on Win10 out of the box, you don't need to tinker with anything.

DirectX wrapper + manual is already included.
Even better!
nothing but black screen as soon as i "take off" to get ingame graphics

I can confirm this,

My steam copy with dgvoodoo 2.72 started going erratic (the mouse would lag the game every time it was moved) after the latest windows update (20H2) and Intel bios update (I'm not which one was responsible, there were a few other updates also).

I just bought this gog version and it does indeed have it own wrapper, it does run well very out of the box now on my updated windows without dgvoodoo.

What I did like about the steam version with dgvoodoo 2.72 was that you can force a higher resolution with the dgvoodoo control panel (1400x1050) but keep the game settings resolution low (640x480x32) and as a result the hud ingame would appear larger (the 2 MDF screens on the bottom and the center hud) with the game resolution being high and sharp. (see screenshot).

Thank you.
