I update my mac system pretty frequently.
I've just bought and intalled the game like 30 minutes ago.
And when I open the game, this pops up
Is it just impossible to play on the latest OS?

From the game page (also mention the name next time):
Mac OS X 10.11 notice: The "System Integrity Protection Feature" must be disabled before playing this game.
Alternatively, you can update the Wineskin engine.
