Installed Guild of Dungeoneering via GoG Galaxy but forgot to install the dlc (which i bought with the
Main game) and installed it yesterday.
But i already started a game and today i finished it, but never saw anything from the Pirates Cove.

So my question is, can i play with my full build guild now the Pirates Cove Dlc , or do i need to start anew
to get to the new Content?

in the main menu the Pirates Cove is under the base-games name so it seems to be installed properly.

Thanks for your help.

Two options :

start a new game. Once Inside you'll sooner or later find a way to the extra content.

Or

In the new game menu, look on the left : You'll be able to start directly the extension.
okay, thx for the reply.
But in my existing game it is not possible to get to the extra content?

Maybe ...
To acces the expansion from a game, you have to draw the 'pirate map' card and play it (it works like a treasure card)

I got one in act 2, I don't know if you can get it sooner or later.

I guess there will be only one way to know. :)
Also - be vary of overwriting your save with "Jungle shortcut" option as I did just now.
