To access the content from the Undone update, you have to finish the game first in order to unlock it.

Upon finishing the game, the "Bonus" contents will appears on the bottom of the screen from the main menu.

Additionally, go to the Gris downloads on gog to get

Patch (1.0 to 1.03)

if you don't already have it. This patch is needed to see the extras.
