When I hand the Encoded Catechism to him he just identifies it, I looked up a walkthrough (im a fake gamer, although this is now the second time the game forced me to use a walkthrough because I couldn't divine what keystrokes im supposed to use to solve the puzzle so i guess i don't possess enough Neanderthal DNA to play this game unspoiled unfortunately) and it says he's apparently supposed to translate it, which is what I expected to happen. What am I supposed to do here? Having him in my party doesn't do anything either when he uses it.

I also have a Sage/Wizard with a decently high Ancient Lore stat, if it's maxed out can he read it?
