On different machines with the same language Windows 10 (Polish) sometimes game install with English language without reason and there is no way to change it.

Same here, installed it choosing "German" on the installer. Still the game starts in English.
How can I tell the game to use something other than English?

Solved.

I installed the game on linux, where there is the spanish language. I copied the language files and copied them to the windows installation.
