Before I start, I know this is an old issue, but I just can´t find a fix on any forum or FAQ.
The standard fix is to create a game profile in the Nvidia 3d preferences, with the "High performance card" prioratized and energy saving set to "Performance". It does nothing for my ingame performance .
And according to the developers themselves, Laptops should now correctly show the cards available in the video options. It does not. It only shows my Inergrated video card .

I´ve had this issue with other games on Gog and Steam, and this fix has always solved the problem, but not this time.

I´ve also tried to:
Only Start Grim Dawn.exe with the right click option to start with my High performance card
Star with both Nvidia and right click options for high performance.
Rebooted and tried again.
Checked for updates for the game and my video drivers, but they were both up to snuff.

No matter what I do, neither the performance ingame changes, nor do I get the option to change card to appear in the video options.

Please help!

I run win 7 64 bit
Intel core i7
8gb ram
A 2GB Geforce 630M
And over 100 GB of free disk space.
