Yeah, your aether is very low.
I'd recommend to go to next difficulty, and get some faction reputation there.
With that reputation you would be able to buy faction augments which can fix your resists. You really want being at 80% aether resistance at bossfight.

Also, imo, you are too invested into passive points. Getting Curse of frailty with vulnerability should give you much better damage boost.

Yes, when you want to pick new difficulty, you click on difficulty setting, choose whatever you want, then start game mode.
By my experience addon was so overtuned in difficulty that my character which was at the end of second difficulty struggled in normal addon.
Apart from your low Aether resistance, consider reviewing most of your skills and passives. For example, Leave Passive skills at 1 point at most and put those points into damaging skills. Soldier's Cadence is brutal if maxed out, and if buffed with Occultist's Solael's Witchfire is pure moster raping.

I'll leave you here a build i've made with your hero I think it would be a blast. Try it whenever you can (if you are lacking points, remove all points from pets)

Thank you very much, both of you!

Even though i can't use my favourite skill forcewave anymore, but i think this rocks even more. :)

I just figured out, if you only do one point on any passives, your defenses get pretty weak. :(
This is where your gear appears in. What I did was a build for skills, the gear you use can complement what you are lacking, like defense or resistances. But feel free to experiment whatever suits you better.
