Has anyone had the problem of purchasing the new DLC, but it not showing up to be downloaded via galaxy? I purchased FG about 5 hours ago and I see no way to add it. When I go to purchase again, it says I can only gift and it says in "library." However, it is not. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I'm on the same boat. I have tried:
1- Repair the game.
2- Relog my account.
3- Restart my computer, in case some temp file didn't update as it should.
4- download the manual installer. This does not work due to game version incompatibility

And now I'm also waiting for a support ticket.

Update: ITs a miracle brothers!!! WE CAN ACTUALLY ACCESS THE CONTENT WE PAID FOR!!!

You dont see it if you go to Grim Dawn library page and press More -> Settings? It doesnt have an own page.

Nope. I do have 3 DLCS listed, just not the Forgotten Gods. I have Ashes of Malmouth, Crucible and Loyalist Upgrade DLC.

Best thing then is to write support fast so that it gets solved before weekend. At weekends they have reduced capacity.
They should sort this out for you quite fast :)

Trying, actually posted a ticket for this almost 12 hours ago. No response as of yet. Fingers crossed they get back to me before the weekend :).

Hey Guys, same thing for me.
I have purchased it yesterday evening arround 7PM CET. No DLC available in the GoG Galaxy library.... In my ACC library @ HP there it shows with in posess.

Attached 2 images for explanation (im from germany)

I have also tried to install GD incl. both DLC with the downloadeble setups. Now Galaxy seems to admit that i have 2 DLC but it wont update them. Galaxy says now im not allowed.


In my opinion i think the Galaxy library isnt up to date with the DLC i have bought ^^

Did You verify and repair your gamefiles? You have autoupdate enabled, but not the newest version installed. MAybe this could be a problem?

Yup i have tried to repair it and no it doesnt allow me to repair it. I have installed the V1.1.1.2 for the offline download section @ HP

Autoupdate is enabled and for the same reason it wont update.... o_O

ATM i try to install it via Galaxy but as u can see i can only install GD with Ashes. In Galaxy it seems i still can purchase
Forgotten Gods. But if i klick on it it says only as a Gift....



ok installation done. now it looks like this GoG_atm

hmm ok this is a suprise now.....
now suddenly on GoG Galaxy, the DLC "popped" up and now i can install it.... This never happend befor in Galaxy? Up until this day i could something buy and instantly was available for me in Galaxy......

Edit: Still got no message from the support. Sended them yesterday evening a message with my problem.

Another strange thing is, you still have the old Patchlevel of the game. Havent seen this before when installing new, too.

after the "finally" installation of Forgotten Gods i have the new patchlevel....

If anyone is still looking for solution (it happened to me with AoM, FG and Crucible DLCs just now): for me forcing the Galaxy to update game a few times worked. Yes, a few times. First two didn't work (well, they did some small update but no DLCs), third one did the job.
