Good to hear some news, waiting eagery and well instead of bying it in late 2024 as I planned when it was announced, I will probably buy it late 2025 and well, if it takes some more time, maybe later. GD was and still is so much fun for me that the Expansion is an instabuy for me.

I watched independent creators on youtube about new games within the last years. The number of failures by triple A companies / game IPs in this period has been incredible. A company / game that tries to create good entertainment with a good state is something to celebrate.

You all know that waiting for an extension is hard, but if the result is worth the wait, I'll be happy beyond anything known before.

It would be kind if you could keep us updated (maybe on a quarterly timeframe). As I said "waiting is hard" for your fans. Some drops of wisdom could ease the pain. But your's is that decision AND the amount of information offered.

When we said we were aiming for a 2024, we were admittedly a little too ambitious. This is the first time in the company’s history where we are concurrently developing 4 different projects, and we overestimated our own capabilities.
As of now, a late Fall/Winter 2025 release is within the realm of possibility, but as the team is still very much in “but what if we also did…” exploration mode, which predictably blows up schedules, we are reluctant to make firm promises. So I would not be surprised if we slip to Spring 2026, or even early Summer if we need more time to polish.
As I said, this is a huge expansion, and creating that much content takes time. We want to make sure we deliver the same attention to detail and creativity that has driven us for the past 2 expansions. The team is trying new things and pushing the limits of the engine. Without a publisher to set firm milestones, we have the means to take our time and get it right. "[/i]
