Good day. 90% of my exit to windows from the game i`ve got game crashed. the black screen is freezing forever and the only way is to kill the application from the task manager.

how to fix this issue. its nothing critical, but still kinda annoying.

Try verifying the game files. If using Galaxy then click on More, go down to Manage and then choose Verify/Repair

thank you that did help for 2-3 days. today again same thing.

maybe its some kind of conflict with Steam and Xbox client? but they all turned off when I`m launching Galaxy.

really wierd when official liscenced game behave like that.

Do you have the game on Steam? Because it shouldn't interfere if you don't. GOG version is nothing to do with Steam version. And why is Xbox in the mix?

i had the problem of xbox and steam compatibility earlier.

and about steam version yes and no. i had it earlier but somehow steam version of GD was crashing my PC during the game. rainbow picture on the screen and reset through the power button. with gog version all good except exit procedure. and i refunded my steam version.

may be i need to clear somehow all the marks of steam version of GD on my PC

Well, it won't hurt to do so. Back up your characters first though, just in case.
