Yes, Siora is the one for me when I play the female DeSardet. You have to be careful with conversation choices, there is a mod "Romance Hints" that helps with the romance choices. Her romance doesn't complete until late in the game, there are some guides on the internet that are of some help. A note, if you use any mods before completing the DeVespe DLC then the DLC won't work properly, if at all. If you can complete that DLC you can then activate mods, but not before, something gets written into the game and turning them off temporarily doesn't work. There is a touching conversation with Siora after the DeVespes have been dealt with, if she is you love interest.

Siora's romance was the only one I ever did (I only like romancing women and I only like playing as women, so that's my only option; fortunately her romance is a good one) but my impression was that they're all pretty exacting in this game compared to most; one mistake and it's done. I add this because normally for a lot of games I wouldn't really take a suggestion like this all that seriously (I've seen guides that spell out things like "if you do the exact thing this character was saying very strongly in the previous scene to not do, she won't like that" which... if you're remotely paying attention this should be obvious?) but it can actually be tricky in this game.
