I thought I read that the game wasn't complete on GOG. Is that correct?

I just completed the main story and the DLCs just a few days ago, the game has an ending and I didn't get the feeling there would be holes or unfinished parts in it. Also it has the same version number as on the other store, so it looks complete to me.
