Hi, I have remove and reinstall twice, and still same problem as a missing file MSVCR110.dll. What else can I do?

This means that the Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable dll package is missing or needs to be repaired. Go here, and download the 2012 version appropriate for your OS whether it's 32-bit or 64-bit, and follow the directions to properly install it:
