I wanted to purchase Grand Ages: Medieval.

My question before I do is how does multiplayer work?

Is connection done through Peer to Peer (P2P) with Matchmaking?

Is connection done through Dedicated Servers with Matchmaking?

Are there Dedicated Servers instead with a Server Browser List?

From now on I just purchase video games that have multiplayer that are sold on gog.com only if they have Dedicated Servers including Rentable Dedicated Servers and a Server Browser List.

Peer to Peer (P2P) is just horrible on PC versions of video games and so is Matchmaking. Seriously gog.com please curate the multiplayer for the video games sold on gog.com as well to make sure they got good netcode and no Peer to Peer (P2P).

I forgot to mention the bad stuff I read about Digital Rights Management (DRM), etc connected to the multiplayer was from here.

People don't have a answer for me?
So people still don't have a answer how Grand Ages: Medievals multiplayer works?

I don't want to purchase it and then be let down.

It works via GOG Galaxy :) Just connect to the internet, click on "Multiplayer" in the main menu and away you go :) Let me know if you require further specifics :)

Ok it works via GoG Galaxy, but when I get in the video game and start playing how exactly will the multi[layer function in that way? That is what I want to know if it uses Peer to Peer (P2P) and Matchmaking or if it runs on a Dedicated Server and Matchmaking or if there is Dedicated Servers and a Server Browser List when I'm joining games?

I don't know if what I am explaining is clear. I'm sure you understand exactly what I'm saying though.

See the attached image, please.

It appears that there is a central server and you can look for games or create games of your own :)

Yes thank you! This is exactly what I'm looking for. Being able to create my own game. So people can look through a server browser to join my game as well? If yes then I will instantly purchase Grand Ages: Medieval.

That's what the Search button does correct?

The Search button allows to look for games already in progress and not servers since you are already on one when in multiplayer mode :)
