I can't get Baal Lukor to do anything after putting teleport scroll together.

Have you used the scroll yet? Stand in front of the strange wall and equip the scroll. Use the scroll and keep holding the action key (just like with any other teleportation spell) until you appear on the other side of the wall.

That 's funny. I was at the same point 50 minutes ago :)
And thx a lot Arkose, I didn t know you had to hold the action key. I never used magic so far in this game.

I also failed to mention that while in the 3rd passage leading to the palace area, Lukor was not there to help fight the Orc scouts and warrior. This may also have something to do with the two halves of the parchment in the middle passage.

This shouldn't be a problem at all. I left the dungeon for a while, and when I came back Lukor wasn't there. I decided to keep going anyway, so I used the teleport spell and once behind the wall, I triggered a little cinematic with Lukor. Since Lukor is involved is that quest, he reappeared.
