I installed Gothic 2 and played it for awhile on Windows 7. I then stopped to finish a few other games. Now that I"m ready to finish G2, my system has since been updated to Windows 10. Now, G2 won't start at all. Not even an error message. I've searched but can't find any topics already out there on this.

Does anyone else have this issue and is there a fix?

Back up your saves first before doing anything else.

Uninstall the game completely.

Make sure you have the latest installer downloaded and install the game again.

Sometimes when upgrading a previous Windows install to Windows 10 some programs will need to be installed again and AFAIK Gothic 2 may be one of them.

Thanks for the feedback. Interestingly, I was able to get it working by setting the compatibility mode to Windows 7.

Excellent, glad to hear that, enjoy your game :)
Try to disable Logitech Gaming Software (or Logitech Setpoint). It worked for me.
