I need help with installing Gothic 2.

I downloaded all the files (total of 1.9gb) but when I run the installer it's says : Installer needs the next part (.BIN) file.
so I choose the path (installer and two .bin files are in the same folder) and then this error appears : The file could not be located in the installer's folder. Please make sure that the file is in the correct folder, or specify its current location.

Could anyone please help me?

Directory listing or a screenshot would help. Make sure your browser hasn't helpfully renamed the files adding (#) to the end.

A directory listing is a text based list of all folders & files in the directory, e.g. via Windows cmd. The file names, as noted, are correct. I would delete -2.bin file and download it again in case it was cut off/corrupted. An unusually large number of people are having issues with downloads the last few days.

If you still have trouble don't be shy about contacting support.
