Does anyone know how to fix it? I have the 1.08k patch, player kit and system pack installed

I know, it was posted last year, but I have the same problem.
It is caused by save game corruption, and can probably only be fixed by loading an uncorrupted save. Someone speculated that the corruption is caused by having accidentally been in debug mode when saving.
