The combat system is very bad, so much so that I find it very difficult to play the game. This is a shame because the rest of it looks pretty good, but the combat system is so awkward and cumbersome...
I wouldn't recommend the game to anyone.

It gets better after you've played it for a while. You'll develop a rhythm for not getting hit. If you're playing the game without the community patch combat balancing though, fighting wolves is still an exercise in total frustration. Just pick them off with arrows instead.

Heh, if I had a dime for every time I've replied to an old, mistakenly bumped thread, I'd have a couple free GOGs at least.
Guess I should've checked the date... I just saw it at the top of the topics and assumed it was about Gothic 3 since it was just released.
