I've requested a refund given the state the game was sold in. Going back to an ancient video card is not a realistic option.

I wish you luck in getting it. given the state the game is in and the fact that they are still selling it has gotta say something.

I have been considering requesting one too, but since what I paid for the game is two packs of cigarettes' worth, I have some serious doubts is it still worth the trouble. Even though I can run the game on software emulation (or whatever this mode is called) there's no chance of getting it to work smooth.
