Does this game have a lootbox mechanism ? or are there plans for the lootbox mechanism in the future ?

No "lootbox" at now. But see what is "Mixed Realms Pte Ltd", if they would be bad in future.

However I dislike the game, because you can easily destroy your game if you're not enough carefull in battles. It is not a game to play when you come after work in endday.
