Hi folks,

I've just installed Giana Sisters on my PC and basically, it works just fine, with the only exception that all the gems are invisible. I can collect them, but I can't see them, and playing like that is no fun. (some other stuff is invisible, too, like the vortex when You spawn into the level - Giana just hangs in the air and drops after a little while).

I installed the game on my netbook, too, and there everything works, but the netbook is too weak to handle the game properly. I tinkered a little with the video options on my PC, but to no effect, and tried a reinstall, but again to no effect.

One thing that may be connected to this is that towards the end of the installation process, windows (XP) tells me that the .NET-Framework is broken and needs to be repaired, which I tell my PC to do and so it does, after which the installation is being finished successfully (no idea if this really has anything to do with the graphics problem, though, I just noticed it...)

My system specs:
AMD Athlon X2 5000+
Ati Radeon HD 6870
2 GB DDR2 RAM, 800MHz
Win XP SP3

Does anyone have any idea what exactly the problem is and how to solve it?

EDIT: OK, GOG-Support helped me out, turned out to be a driver problem - thanks GOG :)
