I'm now onto the 15th mission. One objective is to take the Spasskaya tower. Problem is, the tower is on the south side of the play area, and that's a continuous building with no entrances and unarguable fences to either side. There was another tower on the south side, and I think I took it without having any guys near it. I've been hanging around the Spasskaya tower for ages, and that hasn't happened.

Of course, if I just killed all the enemy, the mission would end, but there's a tank and I've already used the only two anti-tank missiles I can have. A claymore might work, but I'd have to put it somewhere the tank will go, and I don't know if I could manage that unless the tank's movements are very predictable (which I haven't yet checked). But at least the tank is moving, so it's possible. Perhaps I could try harder if someone confirms that a claymore will destroy a tank.

These two videos cover the whole mission:
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon - Mission 15 - Part 1
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon - Mission 15 - Part 2

Just don't watch much more than your own advance to avoid any spoilers.

In the second of those videos, the guys get close to the tower and then someone says, "We're here." That doesn't happen for me. I don't believe it's a bug after so many missions without one. So I still need some help.

I just tried four claymores on a tank, and that didn't work. There was no doubt about where the tank would be because it goes in a circle.

Considering what's happening, I'm entitled to use a cheat code. I read that entering “cisco” completes an objective, but I don't see how to get the developer window to appear. Pressing <enter> doesn't work. Does anybody know what I should do?

Make sure you're pressing the Enter key of the number keypad and not Return (see here) Just checked it first hand, the return key open the console. If you're using a laptop you might have to press a function key to access the number keypad.

I was indeed pressing the return key. Some places (http://www.computerhope.com/jargon/e/enterkey.htm) say it and the enter key are one and the same. But I've tried all the keys, and I don't know which one's "enter."

After posting, I realized that since this is the final mission, using a cheat code to finish doesn't achieve anything, unless it affects the Desert Thingy expansion, which Gog doesn't sell.
