I don't know exactly when this became an issue, but I suspect it was the creators update. The game used to run fine on my desktop and on my laptop, and now both have the update, but when it launches I can see the intro video, then I get a solid white screen with the cursor. I can start missions if I manage to click in just the right place, and can see some UI elements when I click down on them, but it is incredibly difficult to find them. Once I load into a practice mission everything in game seems fine, unless I hit escape, then there is a giant white box where the menu would normally be.
