So, I *might* be a bit of a derp, but: A certain bird asked me to fetch a banner for him/her depicting a bird.

Currently, I am looking one banner with 2 birds on it, in the Commander's room, I have climbed on top of the cupboard but I can't seem to interact with the banner. So, I am guessing this is not the banner with the said bird depictions... Where is it then?

I've been everywhere I can think of, but the banner completely escapes me. The bird in question mentioned a place it couldn't fit through, and my first thought was the hole in the floor where this conversation took place.. but dropping into said hole results in immediate failure & load game.

So... where does one find the bird banner?

edit: ah, solved. The chandelier at the bird was an elevator.
