As usual before I make a purchase, I'd like to make sure this can be played windowed or it won't be played often enough for even the sale price. Is there a way to do this?

There is no built-in option to switch into windowed mode but I guess it can be somehow achieved - but I'm not sure because I've never tried nor needed it.
