I don't have the game installed, so I can't check if there's some kind of way inside the game to reset the profile.
Anyway, I see that my save files are called like this (maybe the number could be different from yours):
PlayerProfile2.sav
Savegame2.sav
So, try to do, in this order:
1) Disable cloud saves
2) Search inside "%appdata%\.." folder (it's the folder previous to %appdata%, but search inside all subfolders) if you can find those somewhere, and rename them or move them somewhere else
3) Start the game and see if there's already a profile, savegames
IF NOT --> You are done !
ELSE most probably (for some reason) the cloud is still working... but maybe it's possible to hijack it:
4) Do a new save inside the game, so you can check if the folder you found is the correct one, and it should contain files with the actual date
5) Launch the game, then immediately ALT+TAB and go to the folder with the saves
6) rename or move those files
7) ALT+TAB to return to the game, go on playing and see what happens
If the game doesn't complain and asks you to make a profile, most probably everything will work ok from now on.
If instead the game loads the profile immediately after launch, maybe you'll have some errors, and this will not work.
