这次更新后，我的账号无法从任何一个平台登录，包括steam和gog，总是显示无此账户，导致我连换密码都没办法换。我的邮箱也未收到任何更改账号的信息，我的账号是：Supersaiyaren429@163.com

这是我的另一个账号，请问怎么才能解决这个问题，非常着急
