Whispers of a Machine 是一款科幻的北欧黑暗系游戏，讲述了一位大脑被人工强化的特工——维拉（Vera）被指派去调查一系列谋杀案的故事。这些看似残忍的杀戮实则在掩盖一个极其险恶的事实，而维拉很快便找寻其中端倪，一群狂热分子 在长达近一世纪不断进行 着致力创造一个超级AI的越界之举。
