Having real problems with downloads getting completely stuck in GoG for at least 2 games, Battle Brothers & Gwent.
Battle Brothers tried to update recently but jammed at 91.3% (similar thing with Gwent), and nothing seems to fix this - tried deleting & redownloading the games, same issue cropped up, tried re-installing GoG galaxy - that didn't work either.

Does anyone know how to fix this ?

Having the same Issue with Baldur's Gate 3, I can't seem to find a work around,
Tried completely removing all traces of the program and rebooting and still nothing

they posted a work around for this which is hidden in their bullshit support pages here

basically gog fucked up their server and some people need to clear their web catche in order to fix this issue

p.s, if your downloads are blocking at 15% or 45% then you don't have this issue ... i want to clear about that but you could still try these steps, there just less likely to actually help you
