Ubisoft changed the server ID, the plugin had the old values, therefore no connection. Simply change both id's to the values above.

TheMerricat: Because this isn't provided by GOG? Look at your connections screen closely, notice there is a section at the top called "OFFICIAL INTEGRATIONS" and one called "COMMUNITY INTEGRATIONS"....

one of those groups is GOG is responsible for, the other, we are.
OK thanks, then the even more ridiculously obvious question is 'Why is there no official Ubisoft integration?' This is a major launcher used by millions and millions of people. I seriously doubt EGS or even GOG itself has more registered accounts than Ubisoft Connect. If you're going to claim to be providing people with a launcher integration service, having integration of one of the probably top 3, certainly top 5, most used launchers seems to me to be sine qua non. To maybe a slightly lesser extent that also goes for Amazon's Prime Gaming launcher, ridiculous Galaxy still requires users to track down an unofficial integration that doesn't work completely smoothly (I always have to unlink and relink to get new games to show up).

same problem here connection lost, but I see all my ubisoft games and I can play them. They are present and visible under Ubiosft. For me only problem is that under integration says that connection is lost but games are here and that`s what matters.

A ticket for this has been opened in March. Really sad that it hasn't been fixed yet, especially since the fix is already there.

Thank you it works but I don`t see all my games. For some reason I only have 18 games out of 70.
I tried to restart or to resync but always the same. Most of my games are missing.
Something weird is happening if I restart gog he starts adding ubisoft games get to 18% and just quit importing. That is why I dont see all my games.

EDIT:

It`s ok now, for some reason after 20 minutes or so gog continued to import my ubi games.... Weird but works :)

I tried the solution given above but it doesn't work. It just keeps giving "Plugin has crashed" error over and over. Does anyone else have the same problem?

I tried disconnecting the plugin, restarting GOG, restarting PC but none of them work.

EDIT: It seems the problem was that my login information for Ubisoft Connect was timed out. I logged in Ubisoft Connect again and this time the plugin worked!
