I own The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition on the PlayStation store. However, in GOG Galaxy, only the GOTY Edition exists. After syncing to Ps store, Witcher 3 just does not show up in GOG Galaxy. Even if I try to add the game manually, there is only the GOTY edition (and the original) and not the complete edition. I do not own the GOTY edition. In fact, GOTY edition of Witcher 3 doesn't exist on the ps store.

As much as I wish that at least the case, it does not appear as a normal version either. (I can't seem to attach either jpg or png as an image, what format does it require?)
