Hi guys, I am trying to redeem the GOG version of the game. I already own a physical copy of The Witcher 3 GOTY but when I connect to PlayStation (with seriuos problems) the game doesn't appear. Why? There are all games that I've installed and deleted for four years on my PS4, why just that there isn't?

yep, same problem here! I've been re-syncing over and over but it still doesn't appear.

I FINALLY got it! It's downloading now. I'm still not sure whether I was just lucky, or if it had anything to do with what I did below, but here they are anyway. Hopefully these work for you guys experiencing the same problem:

1. Turned on my PS4.
2. Realised that I was not logged in because I had recently activated 2-step verification for my PSN account from my PC browser. This logged me out on my PS4. So I logged in again.
3. Ran TW3 on my PS4.
4. Did the steps to connect my PSN account on Galaxy client: https://www.gog.com/forum/general_beta_gog_galaxy_2.0/playstation_network_was_unable_connect/page16
5. Synced integration repeatedly.
6. Voila! It appeared in my PS tab on GOG Galaxy.

I'm sure I am logged in though I also just enabled the 2-step verification. I put in the game on my console, it downloaded a little upgrade but not ran the game actually. But I already followed all the steps of that post, but it didn't appear.. I am trying in loop..

Having same problem. Have installed the game, Updated, did "Restore licences", Logged to psn store, Run the game, reconnected in gog app, synced, but there is no The Witcher 3 in the list. Have contacted support showing all screenshots but they don't even bother to open it. Just say try again later.

Guys I solved the problem. GOG client didn't was able to recover my TW3 copy from my PlayStation library because I never ran the game. I only installed it, but the client, i think, search the information about the games with savedatas. So, the problem of the connection to PlayStation is not still solved without using the workaround, but as @lostars said it's very important ran the game!

I had same idea. But that didn't work. I have physical copy of GOTY version. Before running I have logged to psn store, have installed the game from dvd, updated, Restore licences, run the game, loaded my savefile. Having everything up, logged to gog galaxy on pc, added psn account, synchronized. Received my game list from psn. There are all my games digital and physical, but no The Witcher 3.

What I actually thinks is that they after making this promo, realized that everyone can just make as much accounts as he wants using ps4 and game disk. As you can create email, register psn account, install the game, claim on gog. And make it again and again using same game disk. I think just owners of digital copy can actually claim the game.

I'm having same issue where i don't see any of my playstation game listed in GOG, I have digital copy of all the games. And I've completed witcher 3 on PS few days ago only so not haivng played game should't be the case. Anyone else is facing same issue with digital copy? If anyone found the solution please do let me know. Thank you.

Are you having problem to connect psn account or it's connecting but not synchronizing?

It's connected but it was not synchronizing. But I just tried it again today and it just started appearing now. And i got the Witcher GOTY. I tried earlier two times reconnecting account but couldn't see any game earlier. Not sure what happen but now it just works.

I'm having the same problem with a digital copy of The Witcher 3, but I have the complete edition instead of the GOTY edition (GOTY Edition doesn't exist in the store for me for some reason, it's always been complete edition as far as when I bought it). As I am writing this, I currently have playstation connected to GOG Galaxy, I have Witcher 3 running on my ps4 beside me, and syncing integration whenever the option becomes available. I didn't count through all my games, but it looks like every game except Witcher 3 appears on my owned games list.
