I own both of the Telltale Batman games. After they were removed from and before they returned to GOG, I purchased them on the Epic store so I could get the noir DLC. I've noticed that they're incorrectly listed in GOG Galaxy 2.0. The first game is named Batman - The Telltale Series. The second game is named Batman: The Enemy Within - The Telltale Series. If I search my owned games for Batman, the two Telltale Batman entries that show up are Batman: The Enemy Within - The Telltale Series and Telltale Batman Season 2. There's no entry for season 1. Both copies of season 1 are included in Telltale Batman Season 2. This is very strange.

In GOG Galaxy 2.0, with the Epic integration active, I have two entries for the Telltale Batman games. One is named Batman: The Enemy Within - The Telltale Series. It's listed as the GOG version of Batman: The Enemy Within - The Telltale Series. The other entry is named Telltale Batman Season 2. The drop-down menu that shows the different platforms and the name of the game has three listings. The first one is the GOG version of Batman - The Telltale Series. The second one is the Epic version of Telltale Batman Season 2. The third one is the Epic version of Telltale Batman Season 1. Switching between these three listings does not change the name of the game that's listed in large print when I'm viewing the game info. All it changes is the name and icon for the platform.

I have no idea what would happen if I were to attempt to download or launch any of these. There needs to be one name for each game that's used for all platforms, and the two games need to be properly separated. The GOG store lists the first game as Batman - The Telltale Series and the second game as Batman: The Enemy Within - The Telltale Series, so this is probably the best way to name them. Telltale Batman Season 1 and Telltale Batman Season 2 would be okay, too, I guess.

I haven't seen any issues like this with any other games with Galaxy 2.0. This appears to be a strange bug that only affects these two games.

I could name you a few other examples of misnaming in GOG Galaxy 2:

Metro Last Light (Steam) is shown as Metro Last Light Redux on GOG as if both are the same game which they are not.
Also Star Vikings Forever is shown as Star Vikings Demo only. The full version is added as another version in the drop down list but it will never show this title in your library. Created a ticket about this months ago ...
Also, what i can say from my experience,- if you have both Full game and DEMO of it - you cannot disable DEMO without disabling the Main game (Full version)! And Cover of Game lots of time are Cover with DEMO text on it... Gog Galaxy_ver_2.0.xx is so unfinished, unpolished. The best way, in my opinion, make for it BETA status publicly and - work, work and work again to fix all bugs / glitches; also add functions that were in GOG Galaxy_ver_1.2.67 and in Galaxy_ver_2.0.xx this cool features are gone.
