Ado guys,

After recently having my laptop wiped and Windows 8.1 reinstalled on it, I tried downloading GOG Galaxy. I didn't realise there was a new version! It seems to have downloaded, but I'm running into trouble with the installation:

It's been on the attached image for roughly two hours. I can't cancel out of it; I get the error sound when I click in the box. Is this normal or is there something wrong?

you can try to download it again (maybe something went wrong with installation executable). it definitely shouldn't take that much to install, usually it takes 1-2 minutes max

to cancel, go to your processes in Task Manager (ctrl-alt-del?) and remove galaxy process, or reboot
