How do I get GOG Galaxy to filter multiple tags? I want to view games only with ALL of the tags I select, not ANY of the tags.

Sorry, I don't think you're missing any special trick. It seems to be a lacking feature, just like you can't select tags to exclude. The site works the same way.

And don't worry about asking something that's been discussed before. Forum search is basically useless (in-thread search less so).

Wow. That's...really surprising. I'm not sure what the point of this is, then. Steam doesn't let you create your own tags, and Gog can't properly sort the tags they let you create. Is there some other frontend program that can?

If you don't care about things like achievements and cloud saves, you can try a third-party library management tool like Playnite and see if that has the tools you need.
