As the title says: I tried numerous times to sign up with Steam inside GOG Galaxy but my mailbox is completely empty (also did a lot of "resend code").

It seems that Steam managed to detect GOG Galaxy and now it's blocking the dispatch of the verification codes. I suggest you update the plugin to be more stealthy (I don't know, make it look like a web browser) so that Steam is unaware that we are signing in with GOG Galaxy.

Did you tried to use the Steam Guard code (smartphone)?

Nope, I didn't. However, I think that this should be addressed, I don't want to give my number to Steam.
