Hello, I'm trying to connect my Steam account, but it stays permanently in a "Connecting..." state and after a while it fails, I hit "Retry" and it says the plugin crashed. So I have to log in again and the loop repeats... Any way to make this to work? Thanks.

There was a workaround with the ABaumher galaxy-integration-steam plugin to replace that. I tried now and it's not working but it may work for you. I personally moved to Playnite with Stardust theme and a bunch of plugins instead and gog only opens now when I use gog specific games.

Using the latest release (1.21Beta) worked for me.
I downloaded the windows_with installer.zip, so it was just a matter of extracting and clicking the auto-copy-windows script.

It's really annoying that GOG Galaxy is still such a broken unappealing mess after all these years though. :/
