I know that it's possible to sort games by release date. But It's sorted from the newest year. For example from 2019 to 2007. I would like to have it from 2007 to 2019. It would be even better if I could move with games as I want it. Simply drag their covers and switch them. Move them right or left as I want.

Click again on the Release Date column header. It switches back and forth from newest first to oldest first every time you click it.

It doesn't work for me. When I click it nothing happens. It's still from the newest year to the oldest.
It only works on List, but not for Grid. :/
It works now! When I switch it in the List and than switch it back to the Grid it's from the oldest year. Thanks! :)

No problem! I admit I use List Mode so I forgot Grid Mode doesn't have the headers. X3 Sorry about that.
