...will GOG 2.0 take into account all of the criticisms Steams vast userbase has of the new (and incredibly terrible) Library design?

I will gladly make GOG my default launcher if I can add my Steam games here, set multiple tags to all my games like I did with Steam's old UI. Currently, the GOG Library doesn't work well with tags. I have over 1000 games so it is crucial for me to have a very detailed tag system, which allows me to easily select multiple games, open a window and use checkboxes to add those games to multiple tags and click save. Steam just got rid of this function! Now you can only add tags one at a time, each requiring multiple clicks and lots of scrolling.

I realize GOG has checkboxes already, yet the only tag that shows up next to my game in my Library is the first tag in the multiple tags I like to set. This does not work for me at all. What I need is a vertical list somewhere, preferably on the right side listing every tag in alphabetical order vertically that the selected game is tagged with, and also the ability to tell if multiple selected games have the same tags in common, some of the tags in common, or none of the tags. Once again, Steam used to be able to do this. I'm so angry.

Steam made a HUGE error in your favor, GOG. Make use of it. We want a simple minimal, function-rich design that is easy on the eyes, and NOT designed like a damn mobile app or Windows 8 with stupid tiles, clutter, excessive load and render times, and hogging bandwidth and resources.
