I've downloaded the latest GOG_Galaxy_2.0.exe to my Windows 11 system. When I try to run it, I get no error messages but the application just refuses to run. If I run it directly from a command prompt the application just returns to the prompt with any message. I've downloaded it a few times to make sure it wasn't corrupt. I've checked the properties of the application and it appears to be valid.

The stub installer needs Internet access to download components. Get the latest full installer instead, which is currently setup_galaxy_2.0.80.33.exe.

If that won't launch either, make sure you've installed both vc_redist.x86.exe and vc_redist.x64.exe and restarted your system beforehand.

You can find links to the latest full version in this JSON file. That page is only readable in Firefox by default, while other browsers need an extension like JSON Viewer or a "pretty print" setting to be toggled.
