It seems a new update has been release right now (2.0.39).

It says:
Fixed: an issue where the games library was empty for accounts with lots of games

I downloaded and it still not working. Same issue as last update. It only shows (badly) my installed game.

At least now I know it's my fault... I have lots of games. :-(

Same here, even with 2.0.39 my games still aren't showing.
+1

2.0.39 hotfix hasn't resolved empty game library issue for me

Update: 2.0.40 hotfix resolved issue

ulcf999: What worked for me was loging out and back in into the client.

Hotfix hasn't fixed anything for me
I'm still having the issue. Logging out and in again has not solved it.

ilikefoodbye: Absolutely no games are showing in my client, installed or owned. No filters are on, tried restarting everything, still nothing. Anyone else?
Yep - even on the newest "hot fix" version.

This is a case where it feels like they probably should have spent more time on the QA before releasing this.

It's no big deal, so long as I get all my search items back sooner or later.

If I can't and have to manually rebuild all that (tags, etc) -- that's certainly a showstopper.
I was able to "fix" the problem by removing all the game system integrations. At least I can play GOG games now.

Still - it's been a pretty rough update...
I managed to fix this by closing GOG Galaxy, deleting everything in C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\webcache\common, and launching it again.

It resets your tabs preferences but your library (and tags) should be intact.
I have the same problem. I'm not eager to delete all of the webcache though. Already tried re-logging, but it doesn't work unfortunately. It looks like the update is quite messy...

it worked for me and didn't remove anything else, the tags are still there. Thank you so much !
Finally. After update 2.0.40 everything works fine.

I know someone that isn't going to update to the next version until checking out this forum.
After the hotfix everything works fine. :) I had to manually download the newest version though, because the client didn't want to update automatically. Anyway the problem is fixed!
