I do not want to be rude, but if you are insisting on operating system sniffing - especially if you just do a windows client - and don't fall back with a download button.

I just get an invitation and like you, the page does not have a download button or link.
I also have the same issue.
I don't know if it's link to that but I am on linux (fedora) operating system.

I normally download everything on my *nix box so that I don't have to open a web browser on my Windows machine and take all of the risks that go with that, but the page for downloading the Galaxy 2 beta seems to insist on downloading for the current OS. So, from what I can tell, you either have to download it on your Windows machine or change your browser agent to claim that it's Windows (I did the latter). Either way, Galaxy 2 doesn't support Linux though, so you can't download a Linux version if that's what you're trying to do.
