Just downloaded the new Galaxy 2.0 beta and signed into my Steam/Xbox accounts.

I have a PiHole setup.

Guys(Galaxy 2.0 devs), come on. You don't need to sync EVERY SINGLE game's stats, images, descriptions....ALL AT ONCE.

I have over 1500 games that need to sync. You should NOT have the client call out and request all this data at once. This has made my home network unusable for the past 10 minutes until I was forced to exit Galaxy 2.0. I'll need to open it and leave my PC on overnight so it finishes syncing, but really?

In a span of 10 minutes over 12,000 DNS requests was sent out. Unacceptable.

It's pretty absurd over time. I haven't noticed any network issues because of it, but it's definitely odd that this is how it works.

The latest beta update has a bullet point for network calls. This may be addressed now.
